Slack notifications post a message to a Slack channel of your choice every time a new Google review lands on one of your connected locations. Your team sees every review where they already work, without checking the Localith dashboard.
Set up a Slack notification
- Click Notifications in the bottom left corner of your Localith dashboard.
- Select New notification, then choose Slack notification.
- Give the notification a name.
- Select which star ratings should trigger the alert, or click Select all to include every rating.
- Click Save and close.
- Choose the locations this notification should cover.
- Connect the Slack channel where the alerts should be posted.
- Click Set live at the top of the page to activate the notification.
Route different ratings to different channels
Each notification has its own name, star-rating triggers, locations, and Slack channel. You can create one notification that sends 1- and 2-star reviews to your support channel, and a separate one that shares 5-star reviews with the wider team.
