The Challenge
Comunicatio is a digital marketing agency specializing in local SEO for multi-location businesses. As their client portfolio grew to over 150 managed locations, the team struggled to keep up with the volume of profile updates, review responses, and performance reporting.
The agency needed a platform that could:
- Handle bulk updates across multiple client accounts
- Automate review responses while preserving each client's brand voice
- Generate client-ready reports without manual data collection
- Scale without requiring additional hires
The Solution
Comunicatio chose Localith as their central GBP management platform. The multi-client dashboard gave them a single workspace for all client accounts, with role-based access for team members.
Multi-Client Dashboard
Each client gets their own workspace within Localith. Team members see only the accounts they manage, while agency leadership has full visibility across all clients.
Automated Review Management
The AI reply agent handles the first draft for every incoming review. Account managers customize the tone per client and approve replies in batches, cutting review management time significantly.
One-Click Reporting
Monthly client reports that previously took hours to compile are now generated with a single click. Reports include search visibility, review metrics, and profile completeness scores.
The Results
- 60% less time spent on monthly reporting
- Same-day review responses across all client accounts
- Zero additional hires despite doubling their client count
- Higher client retention thanks to faster service and better visibility
